En un terminal de bash ejecutamos esto :
env x='() { :;}; echo vulnerable' bash -c "echo Esto es un test"
Y si aparece ´vulnerable´ a parchear..
Yo en mi Debian he probado con :
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install --only-upgrade bash
Y listo , parcheado..
