Estoy desesperado Posible Spyware! mensaje en navegador

He probado de todo y no se como eliminar el siguiente mensaje q me sale al iniciar cualquiera de los navegadores que utilizo como internet explorer, el mensaje es el siguiente:

A ver si vienen los veteranos, mientras tanto dime ¿ese mensaje te lo da el mismo navegador? ¿o te lo da tu antivirus o tu cortafuegos?
Esos programas con los que dices que has intentado eliminarlo ¿cuales son? ¿has probado con el Ad-aware actualizado?
