Haz copia de seguridad del registro utilizando el ERUNT (clic aquí); Deshabilita el 'Restaurar el sistema' (clic aquí); reinicia en Modo seguro, ejecuta el Autoruns selecciona con el botón derecho las siguientes entradas y dale a 'Delete':
