Tiene algo que ver con el problema de no conectarse a wifi?
haber haber si voy adivinando...... microsoft puede bloquear entrar a internet si encuentra falta de licencia?

Crea un punto de restauración y elimina los 'Tunnel adapter'... Reinicia, asegúrate que esté encendido el Wi-Fi e intenta configurarlo nuevamente...
