Hola!
El problema que tengo es que al instale el antivirus AVAST, pero como no lo veia practico ni seguro lo desinstalé.
Ahora estoy intentando instalar otro antivirus y me dice:
Para instalar Panda tiene que desintalar AVAST! Antivirus
Me dice: Pulsa desinstalar, le doy y me sale ERROR
ERROR
RUNDLL, error al cargar C.\ARCHIV 1\AVAST4\SETUP\SETIFFACE.DLL
Cuando en mi pc cojo la obcion buscar y busco avast, ya no me sale nada, entonces porque no me deja instalarun nuevo antivirus??
Necesito ayuda urgente, estoy desprotegida...

Prueba a limpiar el registro con CCleaner e inténtalo de nuevo:

Haz una copia de seguridad del registro (te recomiendo el ERUNT (http://www.daboweb.com/foros/index.php/topic,27469.0.html)); deshabilita el 'Restaurar el sistema'; reinicia en Modo seguro, ejecuta el Autoruns, selecciona con el botón derecho las siguientes entradas y dale a 'Delete':

Reinicia normal e intenta instalar el Panda... Si la instalación fue exitosa, actualiza el Panda y pásalo reiniciando en Modo seguro... Saca un nuevo log...

He seguido tus pasos y al entrar en modo seguro me a salido una pantalla azul con letras blancas que decia:
Se ha encontrado un problema y windows ha sido apagado para evitar daños al equipo.
Si esta es la primera vez que ve esta pantalla de error de detección reinicie....
Si sale otra vez compruebe si existe virus.....
y no se que de CHKDSK/F
Que hago???
Bueno ya se seguro que hay virus, la cuestion es como lo elimino

Me e comprado el antivirus KASPERSKY V 6.0, y al intentar instalarlo me vuelve a salir la misma pantalla de error azul y se apaga el pc..
Que hago? tengo un virus que no me deja instalar ni un antivirus comprado, supongo que algo se podrá hacer.

Hazlo en la Consola: botón Inicio-->Ejecutar-->CMD-->ya en la pantalla negra IPCONFIG /ALL
