Gracias por responderme, te cuento que por coincidencia me he dado cuenta que eso de no poder mantener 2 accesos directos abiertos a la vez, sólo sucede con los de mis favoritos, más no con los de mis programas, ósea puedo abrir varios programas a la vez sin ningún problema, ojalá que este detalle ayude de algo.
