Tema: No puedo quitar un mensaje de error

hola, recibo un mensaje cojonero que dice asi:  "exception exception procesing message c0000013 parameters 75b1bf9c 475b1bfpc".
Lo hago desaparecer clickando 2 ó 6 veces en CANCELAR ó REINTENTAR pero los cuelgues ya suelen ser muy habituales. Tambien mozilla llega un momento que me se queda bloqueado mientras está habriendo una pagina.
Estos son los datos de ashampoo optimizer.

tengo panda 2008 AV+FW; adware; spyboot; ccleaner y he seguido los pasos del EWIDO.

Hace poco instalé una multifuncional olivetti ANY_WAY FAX que me está dando problemas con el controlador, pero el problema ya venia de antes. Se ha ido agrabando con el tiempo.
